POCKETLIFT®

Based on the FLEXOWELL®-technology and the newly developed conveying systems, it is now possible to overcome the performance limitations of conventional conveyor belting and to move into new dimensions in conveying technology.

The most recent milestone in the field of steep inclined and vertical conveying in the bulk material handling industry is the POCKETLIFT®. This product represents a new development using all the major advantages of the proven FLEXOWELL®-technology and, in addition, offers further advantages.

With POCKETLIFT® the function of power transfer is achieved by two narrow steel cord belts which are connected with rigid triangular cross bars. The material to be conveyed is fed into the fabric reinforced rubber pockets, which are bolted at the center of the cross bars and can be assembled and disassembled individually. These bars also have a guiding function. The patented shape of the pockets makes all hinges unnecessary. The pockets carry the material with capacities up to 4000 m³/h. Deflections in both directions at speeds of up to 4 m/s are possible.

POCKETLIFT® loading section, Typ III

The new generation POCKETLIFT® Type ll was introduced in the year 2002 to the underground mining industry.
Today POCKETLIFT® systems are possible with lift height up to 500 m (1640' - 0").
