Preparation of Initial Samples in the Development Phase

Our hose line prototyping departments in Karben and Lyon turn out customized installation and functional samples for lab and road testing.

3D measuring stations and computerized numerically controlled bending machines allow for the plotting and manufacturer of almost every possible geometrical configuration. In Karben and Lyon, precision mechanics and fitters work in shifts to ensure that operations proceed without a snag.

For this we use as far as possible series-production or close-to-production processes.

Molded hoses are also produced as individual pieces at our plants in Korbach and Northeim.
