Diaphragm Materials

We are an imaginative specialist for diaphragms and elastomer coated fabrics, who frequently come up with application specific solutions. Using our extensive system knowledge, we develop and produce materials, reinforcements, and elastomer coatings for our diaphragm materials. We have the capability to manufacture a full range of diaphragms and elastomer coated fabrics to supply our customers with the quality that they need.         

Besides we have the capability to produce gaskets and gasket materials with or without reinforcement in a thickness range between 0,20 mm and 3,00 mm.

Flat- and Shaped Diaphragm

Diaphragms are sealing, flexible walls separating two chambers usually containing different materials their reliability in harsh environments can only be a chieved high - tech product.

Sandwich Diaphragm

The Conti - Sandwich diaphragm combines two elastomer - coated fabric diaphragms with a permeation barrier creating a highly flexible product. The dynamic properties have been improved, and the permeation of volatile components of fuel mixtures is almost completely eliminated. The permeation barrier is bonded using a custom - made adhesive system that compensates the different material properties of rubber, fabric and foil without compromising flexibility.
